There are electric car charging stations inside the garage, free with paid parking. The one I used (J1772 type) was near the elevator lobby on level B1 and was part of a whole row, with many available spots at 4:30 pm on week night. The garage itself was clean, well-lit, heated (much appreciated on a below-freezing winter day) and conveniently located beneath the Dairy Block. It felt very safe to exit to street level & return to the garage via the elevator bank in the Dairy Block lobby. I found it via the s p o t h e r o app which gave me a good rate for an entire evening, well worth it for the location, cleanliness, and amenties.
