Do NOT park here if coming for Jury Duty, otherwise you'll have to pay. There's designated free lots for Jury Duty which you should go to instead, across the street. Or you can just street park for an hour and once you arrive to Jury Duty they will tell you the procedure to get free parking, but it is NOT this garage!!
