very bad experience. Looks like trap to fraud with the customers. The only way to enter the lot was to swipe through credit card, which we did. The display says "Important to use the same credit card to exit because credit card is your ticket". After an hour we were trying to leave, but the system on exit side would not accept the card - stating it is a different card. Well, that is the only credit card i had. If we entered using the card, we should be able to exit using the same card. The attendant was very rude and could not process the situation at all. Only way we could leave was by paying $100 for lost ticket - remember there is no ticket, the credit card used is your ticket. The bug in their system caused me to pay $100 instead of just $6. Attendant does not know who to call for help, did not provide any support, did not try to help and even accused us to evade the charges - which does not even make sense. I would stay away from this parking lot.
