  We parked here for Taste of Chicago with our 3 babies. Upon exit we paid our $58 for the 5 hours we were parked, packed up the three babies and drove down to exit. At the exit the machine prompted us to pay an additional $13! We called for assistance and the woman on the other end told us you only have 15 minutes to exit after paying ( there is no sign stating this anywhere in the lot). So between paying, taking the elevator, walking to the car and putting three babies in car seats and driving down we were past that 15 minute mark but she would go look for a manager. She came back and told us there was no manager available and we would have to pay the $13 and request a refund from the manager via email. We went to pay the $13 and it was now up to $30! We had to pay the additional $30! On top of the $58 we had just paid!

  Ridiculous design. If you plan on parking for 20 min or less, get ready to spend that or more just getting to the actual parking going through an endless labyrinth and from floor to floor trying to find a free spot and spend about the same amount of time when you're leaving. This is a total scam

  Great parking garage right next to the Palmer House Hotel. Reasonably priced for overnight stays. Layout was good with plenty of available spots.
