BEWARE!!! Do not park here!!! Absolute scammers who take your money and do not listen to any reason.
I thought I was being good and smart by paying for my ticket at the kiosk before reaching my car.
Then, I took a grand total of 20 minutes to exit the lot. NOWHERE does it say that you ONLY have 15 minutes to exit the parking lot, otherwise they’ll charge you an extra $15 FOR ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD REASON WHATSOEVER. But that’s their supposed rules and the person on the intercom did not give a damn about anything.
I pleaded that I only went over by a few minutes, and that I had already paid $38 for parking only for only 5 hours total, and that just because I stayed an extra 5 minutes I had to pay another $15 on top of that.
UNBELIEVABLE. You’re telling me I could have stayed another 5 hours, and still have paid only a total of $38 if I had just paid when exiting? And not at the kiosk? WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY IDIOTIC POLICY. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. SCREW THEM.

Where do I start. I pulled up and pressed the kiosk at the front for a ticket, the gate opened but no ticket came out. I pressed it multiple times and still no ticket. I then pressed the assistance button and no one answered. At this point, there was a line behind me so I just went in. I had an appointment and didn't have time to wait for someone to answer. When I left, I went to the payment kiosk, pressed the assistance button again and explained the situation. I was told to get in my car and ask for assistance at the exit kiosk. I did this, and the man who answered at the exit became agitated, short tempered, and combative immediately. He told me I had to pay the $100 "lost ticket" fee even though it was their broken machine that never gave me a ticket in the first place. He actually hung up on me and left me stranded with no help at the exit gate because he didn't seem to believe me. I pressed the assistance button FIVE MORE times before I was FINALLY connected with the kind woman I initially came in contact with at the payment kiosk. She opened the gate for me, but I was sitting at the exit gate waiting for 20 minutes for SOMEONE to let me out. I needed someone to help me because the kiosk wouldn't even accept my card once I gave up and decided to pay the bogus lost ticket fee. Totally horrible.... if I hadn't gotten help how would I have gotten out?? At one point they stopped answering and I had no idea what to do. Once I exited, I saw a maintenance man working to fix the kiosk that never gave me a ticket. Wish the worker I talked to could see that so he knew I wasn't lying. Terrible service, terrible kiosks, no live workers?? Insane.

DO NOT RESERVE THEY OVERBOOK HERE!!
We reserved a parking spot here for an event at Navy pier, they overbooked it and we were turned away even with our reservation and told to call and request a refund. Pretty much told too bad so sad. Don’t park here unless it’s in a pinch. Had to spend $39 where our reservation was only $24 before and had to navigate traffic to find a spot in a pinch. Totally unacceptable business practice.
