  Great when there is no homeless infestation. Can get very smelly and dirty by the elevators. Also lot can get full by 10am.

  Scammy and rude staff. No possibility to extend the reservation on SpotHero, and if you ever have an issue and get stuck behind the exit gate—say, if your phone is dead—staff will just speak down to you until you resolve the issue on your own. Additionally, the garage receives almost no maintenance. I daily pass by a pile of shattered glass from where a car was clearly broken into.

  It was so hard to pay parking fee Not only me also lots of other people had problem And costumer service total bad When they couldn’t solve the problem they ended call without any respond

  Do not park here!!! Car was broken into — back window shattered, everything inside ransacked. It was impossible to reach any on site attendant via the “help” buttons across the facility. No phone number to management provided online. And, still awaiting a response to the report I filed online of the incident. There are no cameras around the parking structure so safety is a huge issue. Unfortunately after reading reviews, seems to be a common occurrence with little recourse.

  Was charged $10 for being min over on my reservation. Stay away.
