  I recently called to ask whether your company accepts MetLife. The receptionist I spoke with seemed unsure of the process, and when I expressed some confusion about her response, she didn’t offer clarification, comfort, or help directing me to the appropriate lawyer for my area of interest. I believe additional training in empathy, compassion, and communication — especially regarding transferring callers to the correct department — would greatly improve the client experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

  Several months back I was searching for an attorney to help me with a case that was to me simple to understand but it required putting together lots of pieces, like in a puzzle. I contacted over 10 law firms and most of them would not even want listen to my case and others would say something like: "we do not deal with this type of law" (consumer law). I continued my search found Lawton Cates and was put in touch with Andrew Hyssel. He took the time to listen to me without rushing me. This was extremely refreshing and gave me hope that I had finally found someone who could indeed help me. So, he did amazing work using forensic experts and gathering important information from various parties involved that ultimately resulted in a great outcome for me.
