  Called multiple times on multiple days and not once did someone pickup my call to schedule an appointment. I ended up going to another derm.

  Called for a new patient/urgent appointment regarding my skin condition and I was told they have no availability for two months (it’s end of April currently and I was told July). I definitely do not recommend.

  This place is absolutely horrible. First of all they do not cater to Black skin, secondly after waiting a hour after my scheduled time, the doctor spent maybe 3 minutes in the room and did not address my issues. I felt very uncomfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant & professional, however the doctor was cold, nor welcoming & didn’t have much knowledge to offer me. If you’re Black, this is NOT the establishment for you. I now go to an amazing dermatologist in Montclair, NJ. Who is well known for her work & spent over 40 mins with me addressing my needs.
