The staff at Lawn and Leisure give the best customer service! I had originally planned to go to Offenbachers, but their staff was unhelpful and lazy. Lawn and Leisure has a great selection and phenomenal staff!! Great customer service all around!

Shot out to TC and the entire crew! Called and spoke to TC about a crack o the fire box for my large Big Green Egg, he requested an email and picture of the crack. Within an hour I got an email back stating the claim was approved and the replacement was ready for pick up! Way to go L&L and BGE!
