OK, so I’ve lived in the same home for five years… I’ve always had a nice lawn. I thought I would try lawn doctor of Longmont to see if they can take it up a notch. After they came out for their first visit which lasted all of seven minutes…A 10 ft.² section of my front yard basically started turning brown. Never before has it looked like that… it looks like it’s under watered … But the fact is, I’ve been watering the section Well every other day to try to get it back and it’s just not happening. I can’t remember what the actual charge was to my bank, I want to say it was around $250 for a monthly service consisting of four or five visits.
Anyway, I canceled lawn doctor because of the service I received, I’ve been working For a month now…diligently trying to get my lawn back to the way it was only to receive a check today for 170 bucks… That’s about $100 less than I paid them. As a small business owner, if somebody’s not happy with your service, you don’t charge them for the botched visit… In fact, you would go out of your way to try to make it up to them. That’s not what these people do. Just be warned.
