  Probably the only decent lawyer in Austin. Doesn't charge for consults for EEOC-related matters, and handles all of cases on a contingency basis, so you never have to pay any money up front.

  You will not find a better attorney any where than Kell Simon. He is not just knowledge about employment law and the process of practicing he has experience in any and every situation you could possible be going through. Presents all your options and doesn't pressure you to make a decision or try to sway your decision and absolutely doesn't proceed with out your consent.

  Contacted Mr. Simon's office with a fairly urgent need to discuss a concerning employment situation. Although I was told his schedule was full for at least two more weeks, Mr. Simon contacted me the next day and provided very valuable, practical and understandable feedback. And he did so at no charge, vs. the $200+ fee that other law offices required, just for an introductory phone call. He listened patiently, responded thoroughly and succinctly, asked great questions and displayed great empathy. I enthusiastically recommend Mr. Simon to anyone who needs, or even thinks they might need, employment legal services.

  Submitted my case information, was contacted, and they were interested in the case - UNTIL I mentioned that i was a devout Christian and that I had been retaliated against for my beliefs and was terminated for standing up for my beliefs - it was at that time i was told: "Oh, I'm sorry, we don't take cases like this." It was fine until you found out I believe in and follow the Lord Jesus. The bible says we'll endure these types of things, and it just makes us better people. It's unfortunate that these people, and most in America, don't want anything to do with Jesus or Christianity, and that/ this is what's wrong with our country. I will be praying for these poor lost souls, for judging me and my situation. God will lead me to the right attorney, as will He lead you. Avoid attorneys like this. Avoid them.
