  We closed on a co-op in April of this year. We are very happy to finally be settled into our home (after some much needed renovations) and could not recommend Audra Mauner more highly as a buyer's attorney. Our home buying journey included two feuding former owners, their obstructionist lawyers, and a dishonest seller's agent who delayed our closing at the last minute 3 times over the course of 5 months. Audra's cautious optimism, patience, and expertise helped us navigate an extra difficult purchase. She answered all of the questions we had along the way and kept us aware of our rights as buyers both before and after entering contract. She always informed us of our options and was supportive of any decisions we wanted to make throughout the prolonged process, and she persistently engaged the sellers' lawyers and agent despite their despicable antics. We never would have made it to closing on our place without Audra. She was consistently professional and knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to work with.

  We're do i even start. This firm is really amazing. Being first time home buyers we didnt know how much work it is when buying a home. But this firm was incredibly in explaining everything to me and my partner about closing on a house. They really bridge the communication between the selllers and buyers attorneys. They are fast and effective. I recommend Kristine Thomas. She's really good and knows what she's doing. She's good at negotiating and very thorough in her work. You can call or email her at anytime and she will respond. I usually dont write reviews but I just had to write this because of how good this firm is. Please please use them when your buying a house/ closing on a house and most importantly on your first home. There's alot of things you dont think of when buying a house but with law office of Aaron, you will be well prepared.
