  We were paying for this attorney and she was horrible seems like we were hiring her for the dad and not my daughter fired her and got Susan AIM Lite and won our case my daughter got full custody and dad got little never come to her she charges for everything a waist of money and she doesn’t fight

  Susan M Shauf and her assistant Cheryl worked tirelessly to ensure that the law worked in our favor. Her guidance, technical skill and ability to navigate the legal system were invaluable.   Susan Schauf is the best lawyer I could possibly have hoped for. My divorce was extremely messy and complicated, causing me huge loads of stress. However, Susan's professionalism, confidence, and grace under pressure put my mind at ease. Several times throughout the process she went the extra mile to ensure to get the best result possible for me. One of the many things I appreciated about Susan was her responsiveness; she was always quick to get back to me, sent me documents within minutes of receiving them, and made time to meet with me when the situation called for it. She firmly squashed any attempts by the other side to be unreasonable or shady (and believe me they tried). Susan and Cheryl were my dream team, I do not believe I would have had a successful outcome with any other lawyer.

  Where to even begin? As a young father at 24 with a one year old little girl, I was doing my best to avoid courts with the mother of my daughter. Unfortunately, she wasn’t being fair with the parenting time nor decision making. I had to make something happen in order to be in her life. After asking around Tucson and calling multiple lawyers about my situation, a co-worker told me about Susan. I sat down with her and told her my story and what I hoped for. She was brutally honest with me, which I admire because she didn’t play games, it was straight business by the books of Law in everything I wanted to happen for me to be in my daughter’s life. Teaching me along the way why the Law is a certain way and explaining the outcomes of each choice I’ve made and as well as the possibilities of what could happen in court. I decided to hire her and she devoted herself, as well as her kind and caring assistant Cheryl, to fight for me to be in my daughter’s life. The days turned to weeks, the weeks to months and then court came. Let me tell you, you get what you pay for!!! Evie (my daughter) is turning three this year and she is with me fifty percent of the time. The mother also needs my consent for anything regarding my daughter. Being able to sleep by Evie and her hold me more than I hold her, is priceless. Thank you Susan. Thank you Cheryl. I will forever reccommend you and be grateful.
