  Sheehan defended me against a crazy lady PPO order. Got the case dismissed and my record sealed. 5 months down the road my soon to be now deceased ex husband wanted a bogus PPO against me. Sheehan showed up AGAINST ME. The judge kept giving Sheehan every opportunity to dismiss himself as my lawyer at the time kept pointing out the OBVIOUS conflict of interest. Low and behold he was allowed to remove himself to avoid conflict and I won yet again against a bogus PPO. If you want someone that is all for you and then 5 months later against you well then this is your guy. My oh my he looked like a beaten dog after the judge kept telling him NO!!!!!! He will waste your time and money.

  This review is a bit late, but better late than never! I suffer from mental health issues, and mostly rage induced. While I was never a threat, many people including cops, didn't quite understand. It was a tough battle, but I will say that Michael Sheehan saved my life. After getting a misdemeanor due to a tragic event that will not be discussed, I reached out to Michael mainly since I didn't think it was right, yet I was not convicted for anything. It took a few months, but with patience and work, Michael made great progress with me and the court to help erase my record completely. While it was a scary experience, it was a learning lesson as well. Without his assistance, I would still be getting declined from any job, and I need to work for a purpose, and bills of course (who doesn't?) I strongly recommend Michael Sheehan's service. You will not regret it. And thanks for literally saving me.

  Michael is absolutely top-shelf, both in his communication and advocacy. Michael gave us great advice on steps to take to make the greatest appeal to the DA on the case, and then worked absolute magic into the conversation with the DA to lower an incredibly scary traffic ticket down to a very reasonable plea deal. I will be finding Michael quickly if ever another similar issue arises. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, kindness, intuition, and understanding, or how reasonable his fees were for the amazing outcome he facilitated.
