  They are one of the best SSA attorneys I have ever worked with. They always take the time to listen to ALL my concerns. They explained each process thoroughly and with understanding. They didn't even care how many times I called. I would recommend this office to everyone. I realize not everyone has had the same experience as I have. So I am speaking only on my account.   I reached out to the team at Melissa Proudian’s office in January of 2025. We had a meeting where they clearly outlined the entire SSDI application process including the pros and cons. I immediately provided their office with all of the medical and employment history documentation that they requested. During the process, their team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. In mid-July 2025, I was approved with full benefits. Advice: Provide their office with ALL of the documentation that they request from you as quickly as possible. Help them to help you.
