Both were incredibly kind and professional the entire time they worked on my case and I was primarily in contact with Ms. Kimelman. I have no memory of my accident, and had no proof at first, so that made things more difficult. I have ZERO experience with attorneys, but she walked me through every single step, made sure I understood what was going on in terms I could understand, and never even once made me feel less than any other client or like I was a bother because I had more questions. Mrs. Kimelman worked on my case in such depth that I never even remotely felt like she wasn't trying her best to help me. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who needs help with personal injury. Seriously- the hospitality, the kindness, the professionalism and the diligence of this team is unmatched.
