  I cannot recommend Joel highly enough.   Joel misrepresented what I would owe him for his services. Quoting me at $3000 and then raising it to over $10k after the conclusion of the case. He was aware that I was in workers comp and had limited income when he agreed to represent me. He then shared with opposing counsel that I was having financial difficulties and then he had me sign something that I thought only lasted for a year but have since round out is permanent. He sends multiple emails a month about a bill that Is not what we agreed to and then went so far as to call my father and deny it when confronted. When he was told my father was currently dying in the hospital and to please contact me by mail only he said "Send it to me in a letter." My dad was dying, I didn't have time to do that. He doesn't care. Avoid this man at all costs, he is a terrible lawyer and a worse man.

  I was granted full custody of my teenage son after a short & very direct legal battle. This was all because I listened to Joels advice. He was blunt, direct, and exactly what you need / want in an attorney. I highly recommend using him for your legal services. He was able to explain everything in a straightforward, no frills type of way. He fought hard, showed his legal accumen & didn't leave the meter running. For great counsel -with a fair price point- I'd say you're on the right track if you listen to Joel Salinger.
