  I do not recommend this place to anyone. They only have time for commercials and not clients. Waited over 2 year, no communication on case, no updates, no answers on phone calls,, NOTHING!!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!

  I’m sure Ms. Labinoti is an excellent attorney. However in my experience in a hit and run where I was injured the attorney assigned to me (Lily) never followed up with me after my initial interview only one call a few months later even after I signed an ROI as well as a Medical POA and after my Dr released my medical records as well as the hospital too. A year later I had to reach out myself to request a revocation of the POA and ROI which I was then told not do so and someone would contact me. 4 months later I get a call to return their call which I did and was told the attorney was in court and would contact me soon. It never happened and to this day I still do not know if the POA and ROI are in effect. I had to resort to my private car insurance attorneys to handle the situation.

  Daniela is honestly the best , do not hesitate to come here and be taken care of literally! I had a really big case I was with another firm and for 2 years nothing happened and I was looking at no financial compensation , I had made the switch to Daniela and she got me medical attention and relief for my pain she began re doing all my paperwork and in just a year she got me a settlement I deserve! I was informed and kept up to date with everything she even cut her budgets to give me more! This is the lawyer if you’re looking amazin law firm thank you Daniela !!!
