  First time using Lavergne and very pleased with the service from Brian and Jose even though the issue isn’t one I wanted to hear we had. Also grateful to José for coming back out late Friday afternoon. Very efficient, professional, thorough and personable. Thank you for solving the problem and for being so pleasant while doing so.

  Repair man (Michael G) text me when he was in route, upon arrival he was very informative, helpful, and professional, and explained the various circumstances and suggested resolution. After a decision was made, he carefully resolved the problem with care and friendliness. I highly recommend this technician.

  I cannot say enough good things about LaVergne's Plumbing & Heating. Brian M, Aureo, Camdyn, and Frankie were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Within 2 hours, they located my buried outside clean-out and identified a bad clog toward the sewer end of my mainline. Using their camera equipment, they discovered that a pair of Comcast cables had been accidentally bored through my line. What impressed me most was how quickly they coordinated with the city, the Comcast contractor, and myself to get everyone on the same page. They completed all the heavy construction work to replace the broken segment and get me back up and running in less than 2 days—starting on a weekend, no less! LaVergne's is a well-oiled machine with fair pricing, top-tier technology, and a work ethic I've rarely seen as a homeowner. They've earned a customer for life. Thank you, team!
