  This was my 1st visit to Laundromax and I hadn't been to a laundrymat in over 20 years. Mr. Bruce was very welcoming and helpful. The place was clean, neat and machines were reasonably priced. Mr. Bruce was very kind and helpful in showing me how everything works and answered any questions I had. Very good experience here. I plan to return. Thanks again Mr. Bruce for all of your help!!! God Bless!!!

  new favorite place to do my laundry. the machines are new and the space is so clean. plenty of comfortable places to sit and lounge while you wait for your laundry. love the spend $20 get $10 and the discounted prices after 10pm. 10/10 definitely recommend. miss Dede is amazing and girl deserves a raise. keeping this place spotless all while helping do laundry and having the best attitude!

  Laundromax Laundromat, 9972 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229. The facility is visually nice, but during my visit it wasn’t very clean and the staff didn’t seem to stay on top of upkeep. Prices are high, they push detergent bundles at a premium, and it’s cashless only. The neighborhood feels iffy and parking can be tough when the plaza is busy. I’d look elsewhere unless they improve cleanliness

  Love this place! Clean, good environment, good laundry card program & very nice staff! Deedee was so nice & funny too! We will be back for sure. Had a bunch of laundry and got it done in no time! They have great vending machines too.

  Bruce, the attendant here at the laundry is very helpful and knowledgeable very friendly and willing to help. Whatever needs you have laundromat is always clean and pleasant. Enjoy coming early mornings three or 4 o’clock in the morning. Wish you guys all the success. Thank you.
