  I’ve been coming here since the day this laundromat opened, and I’ve remained a loyal customer ever since. I still remember when the washers were more affordable and the dryers were free. It would be great to see that special brought back, even temporarily, as a reward for loyal customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, reliable laundromat. They offer both regular and large-capacity dryers, which are perfect for heavy or bulky items like blankets and comforters. The machines always work well and are rarely out of order — and if one ever is, maintenance is quick to fix it. It’s clear that this location is well managed and consistently maintained. One of the main reasons I love coming here is because of the manager, Ashley. She is always friendly, helpful, and has a great attitude — something you don’t see often enough these days. She works hard to assist customers and keeps the place spotless, constantly cleaning the machines and ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone. Thank you so much for the thoughtful gesture with the baby clothes — it truly meant a lot!

  I’ve been coming here for a few months now and Ashley and the team has been wonderful with assistance. Between figuring out how to use the machines and holding doors open while I head out with loads and four kiddos in tow. The service is great here.

  I've been coming to Laundromax in Lowell for several months now, and I can confidently say this is the best laundromat experience I've ever had. What truly sets this place apart is their exceptional employee Nate, who exemplifies what outstanding customer service should be. Nate consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. He's always available to help customers with machines, offers helpful tips for getting the best wash results, and maintains an incredibly positive and friendly attitude even during the busiest hours. His dedication to customer satisfaction is remarkable - I've seen him help elderly customers carry their laundry, patiently explain machine operations to first-time visitors, and even stay a few minutes past closing to ensure no one was left with wet laundry. The cleanliness of this laundromat is absolutely impeccable, and that's largely thanks to Nate's constant attention to detail. He can regularly be seen wiping down machines, sweeping floors, and ensuring every surface is spotless. The facility always smells fresh and looks pristine, making the laundry experience actually pleasant rather than a chore. Beyond the exceptional service and cleanliness, the machines are modern, efficient, and well-maintained. The prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. But what really makes me drive past other laundromats to come here is knowing that I'll be greeted by Nate's warm smile and helpful attitude. If you're looking for a laundromat in the Lowell area, look no further than Laundromax.   My first time at Laundromax, was a very satisfying experience because l met the angel 😇 of this place. I arrived at Laundromax exhausted. I took a Uber to bring me at a Laundromat near to me. But cause of the marathon, we couldn't find a place. The uber dropped me finally at Laundromax. And Ashley took great care of me. She is the kindest person I ever met. She take time to talk to people, she is very good 👍 for this job. I think that with her, Ladromax will be always the best. Thanks Ashley for your help. I ADD 10 MORE STARS FOR HER.

  Every time I visit, I’m amazed at how clean, organized, and welcoming this store is. You can tell that the entire environment is extremely well-maintained — from the spotless floors to the neatly stocked shelves and the friendly atmosphere throughout. What truly sets this place apart is the management. Ashley, the store manager, is absolutely outstanding. She runs the store with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for both customers and staff. She’s always attentive, helpful, and ensures that every visit is a great experience. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and leads by example the way she does
