  October 25th 2025, my washing machine froze. The attendant David went on his way to conducted proper search and why my washing machine malfunction it took me about 30 minutes but he was dedicated and he fixed the washing machine I was able to get my clothes out of here. I appreciate that he made me a priority.

  The attendant that was working on the 23rd of October at 5:00 she was magnificent I had no clue what I was walking into I asked her a couple questions well I think I was kind of bothering her but she was so nice polite gentle she showed me everything I think I will become a regular customer now thanks to her thank you Michelle

  What an amazing place. Everything is immaculate, staff was friendly and ready to help. They have huge 10 load washers, very inexpensive, and time saving. The drop off service is very affordable too. 10/10 totally recommend Laundromax.

  This place is absolutely amazing. I've never been to a nicer or cleaner laundry mat. The attendants are on duty 24/7 because they are open 24/7. Half off at night, or you can drop off and they'll wash your clothes, very convenient for a working single mother.

  It is a truly unique experience to ask a clerk standing in front of a wall of trash-bagged clothing "do you have a trash bag I could buy?" and have that clerk look you dead in the eyes and say ",we don't have any trash bags, we only have these" as they point to a display of $11-25 Laundromax branded laundry bags, while I stand next to one of the freshly bagged trash cans situated next to every row of machines and every wall. It tells me that this business, located in one of the poorest parts of Columbus, doesn't care about their customers, only profits. Were the machines and floors spotless? Yes! However, everything was more expensive than any other laundromat I have been to in Columbus, and even Dayton, since moving to Ohio. I dropped just shy of $39 on three loads, when I can normally do four loads for $20 at my preferred laundromat (which was closed today). Payment was done through a card that you can only load whole dollars to, despite the prices for everything being dollars and change, leaving money stranded on the card. I'm fine with spending more to get the job done, I have a flight to catch tomorrow and can't wait after all, but to then be straight up lied to in an attempt to sell me an overpriced canvas bag on top of already high prices? I'll pass. I find it deeply ironic that the tote bags for sale all read "God Bless America," considering passages such as Matthews 6:24 read "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money." So you can keep the trash bags you "Don't have", Laundromax, and I can take my business elsewhere. Maybe don't lie to your customers.
