  They are some of the most rudest staff I have ever met in my life. I was there on October 24, 2025 at 9:39 pm at the girl who was working was extremely rude. She refused to give me the managers name and phone number. They hardly have any carts that you can take outside so you end up having to carry all your bags in by hand. Also they only have 2 big dryers. They have no large laundry carts. Very very expensive and poor customer service. I need to look elsewhere to do our laundry. I definitely would not recommend that place to anyone.

  This laundry mat is always clean and the employee there is amazing with answers to the place... I'm new to the area and he has made me feel so comfortable that I have made this laundry mat my place to wash clothes... The prices are great and it's so convenient with the hours..by the way Justin is the attendant that is great with customers service and people in general.. highly recommended

  Tonya the general manager is so wonderful! So kind, helpful and thoughtful — she offered my elderly mother water. Made doing laundry such an enjoyable experience. The place is clean and the machines are new and so many different size machines. Definitely give it a try because you will be delighted.

  I came to the laundromat earlier this afternoon and was asking the person who was here for some help and she was very rude and condescending and short like she couldn’t be bothered. And it’s not the place because it’s very nice and clean and well kept. It’s the actual rudeness of the worker. I was able to get her name and her name is Alicia. Fortunately, when I came back to put my clothes in the dryer there was another person in the front whose name was Tanya. She was very nice and willing to help. She made sure that I got everything I needed help with. Unfortunately, if I Choose to come back and encounter that Alicia person again that will be the last time I come. I would advise that you teach her some manners and make her understand customers like me are what keep your establishment running. I would also be grateful for Tanya, because I wouldn’t even think of coming back after that rude encounter with her. Maybe she needs to be educated, that a little kindness goes along way.

  staff members: Alycia & Olu were THE MOST HELPFUL people ever. I appreciate them so much because although it was my first visit to this laundromat, they were warm and welcoming and explained everything from A-Z. If it wasn’t for them, I don’t think my experience here would’ve been even half as great!❤️ definitely coming back. (super clean bathrooms, and entire place in general.)
