Would gladly come back again. The hotel staff were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile.

Great hotel, if you are staying at the Jersey Shore. Spacious rooms that feeling like a studio apartment. Clean and modern!

My fiancé and I were inquiring to book a room block at Latitude Suites for our wedding. When we first reached out, we spoke with Karolina, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and professional — she answered all our questions without any attitude and really made us feel comfortable about the idea of working with them. She’s exactly the kind of person you want representing your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed when we started talking to Katerina (aka Cathy). I honestly don’t even know how someone like that ends up in customer service. She was incredibly rude to my fiancé on the phone — interrupting him mid-sentence with “no, let me speak,” and even telling him that we were wasting her time and that she’d rather give her business to someone else. I was shocked when I heard how she spoke to him. We weren’t being difficult at all — we were simply following up and asking a few more questions, which is totally normal when you’re trying to plan something as big as a wedding. There’s absolutely no reason for anyone to be treated that way. It’s really unfortunate because Karolina gave us such a good first impression, but Katerina’s behavior completely ruined it. She was difficult the entire time we were in contact with her, saying one thing over the phone and another over email. Customer service should be the number one priority, especially in hospitality. When people are planning weddings or big events, they deserve respect and professionalism — not to be talked down to or made to feel like a burden. I’ll be reaching out to someone higher up about this because this kind of treatment is not okay. Latitude Suites has potential, but people like Katerina make clients walk away.

Anyone reading this review who wants to set up a room block please BEWARE. The hotel management is disturbing, unorganized, and immature. Dominica and Karolina were both super friendly and great to work with, BUT Katerina AKA Cathy is probably THE WORST manager I have ever worked with. She not only is unprofessional but rude, immature, and super unorganized. Don't get me wrong the hotel is nice and newly renovated but to go through her terrible customer service did not make this hotel worth it to book for my party. I am so happy she showed her true colors before I signed a contract with her, I would have sold out her Latitude Suites with my large group. I honestly would never recommend this hotel or any of the hotels she manages (The Hub in Middletown, The Hub Murray Hill, and Westfield Inn).

I realize check in is at 4 PM, but I arrived at Latitude around 8:50 AM to see if I can check in at an earlier time. I live in the next town over and there was construction going on at my house, and I booked Latitude to get away from the noise and dust for one day, one night. The employee at the front desk said my room was still being occupied and I clarified that I didn't need it right away, but maybe by between 12 pm - 1pm (which is well after the occupant's check out time of 11 AM). The employee said she couldn't guarantee anything, so I said okay and I said I'll come back. I returned after 1 PM with my boyfriend and the same employee was at the front desk and told me she had to check if my room was ready. She returned and told me it was not. Before I could say or ask anything else, she ducked into an office leaving me and my boyfriend in the empty lobby. This is the point where red flags came to face. The parking lot was practically empty. I saw no patrons in the morning, and none in the afternoon. Walking from the parking lot to the entrance, you can see clearly through the windows of perfectly made up EMPTY hotel rooms. When I booked the room the night before, there were plenty available rooms. Why were no alternatives presented to me? ZERO. Never even got an "I'm sorry, I can't help you." Just a cold straight face with no attempt to rectify the situation. Am I supposed to act a fool and believe that this ONE SINGULAR room, that was not yet ready for me to occupy, was the ONLY room available to me in this EMPTY patron-less hotel on a Monday??? We left and returned after 4 PM and checked in with a different front desk employee -how convenient. I was exhausted and fed up at that point. We were in our hotel room for maybe 2 hours until my disappointment and frustration got the best of me and prompted me to pack us up and go home. We left at around 7pm. Again, walking through the hotel, you can see into every room, which was made up and vacant. I returned to drop off the keys the following morning around 9:30 AM to the same cold, unhelpful, no-words, expressionless employee from the morning and afternoon the day before. She didn't say Good Morning, ask how my stay was... ZERO. I included in this review the times I was in and out of the hotel that day, so the security video footage could attest to all the above. I work on nearby Industrial Way in Eatontown and kept Latitude on the list of hotels to recommend to our visiting clients. I have since crossed Latitude off the list. Hotels are supposed to be welcoming and accommodating and hospitable, none of which I received at Latitude Suites in Tinton Falls.
