  Portugal Bucket list trip - there are not enough words to describe our experience - amazing, incredible, great, unbelievable! The customer service was out of this world. Tour guides, Lucia, Nelson, and Michael, were knowledge and entertaining, and felt like friends before our tours were over. Coral, along with her team, put together an amazing itinerary. She listened to what we were asking for and delivered the trip of a lifetime! Can’t wait to plan our next adventure.

  Coral Staton was wonderful to work with. She helped organize a trip of a lifetime in the south of France for two weeks for me and my husband. We hiked for a week with a tour in Provence and then we were left to our own devices for a week in the Cote d'Azur. She helped manage everything from travel insurance to hotel and rental car reservations. We are incredibly grateful for all of her patience and hard work!

  Rich was very attentive to our particular requests. It was great to click on the easy daily itinerary that Rich set up for us. All Tours that Rich planned for our trip had guides that were very knowledgeable and fun. The hotels were cleaned and comfortable.Staff arranged for all our needs. We were very happy with using Rich as our travel planner.

  Customer service was not good. Unfortunately I was left with many questions, and was met with a dismissive attitude. I would recommend a different travel agent if you can find one.
