  Dr. Kabins performed back surgery on me in April-2023. I have not had any issues since then. Yes my back is limited to certain things but that is to be expected. Dr. Kabins gave me my life back. I walk 10 miles daily pain free. I would recommend him to anyone having back, spine, or neck issues.

But after living in pain and fear for far too long, I finally met Dr. Mark Kabins, and everything changed. From the very first appointment, Dr. Kabins was calm, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain what was happening in my body, what my options were, and why surgery might be the best path forward. He never rushed me or pressured me—just gave me the facts and treated me like a partner in my own care. The surgery itself was a turning point.
