Went In Wednesday evening, it was extremely busy, but service was still fast even with a ton of people coming in at once. Food was all really good, portions was just what you would expect for a place like this. I loved the atmosphere. Jackie was amazing!!! Ive been before when they had a different manager and now that- Blake I believe his name was - is there it seems the place is running much smoother. I noticed some changes in staff morale as well. Servers seem happier to be at work! Also now that the weather is better ask to be sat outside if possible, it is sooo nice out there!!

Went for dinner, and it was delicious! The salsa is finely chopped which I loved, and the chips were fresh. I got the enchiladas with green sauce and beware! The green sauce is extremely spicy, but our server was amazing and brought me a new dish without any sauce, only queso on top, and let me tell you… AMAZING!!!!! Props to our server, Maddy, for taking care of us. She was super friendly, very helpful and so great that when we go again, I’ll request her personally! Good job, Maddy!!! Thanks for everything!

Came here with my family over the weekend. Here are the pros: Our small children had an excellent time. The outdoor area is shaded, turfed, fenced in, and they have chalk for the kiddos to use. They loved it, and as a parent it was nice to let them run around. There were a fair amount of other kids there as well. The atmosphere was pretty nice. It was a clean environment, looks like new construction, plenty of tv’s which was nice bc I could peep at the football game. The appetizers were pretty good. We got the smoked wings (buffalo) and queso dip. The wings were good. They dip was pretty good. The entire staff was really nice. Our server was pretty attentive. Unfortunately, the one con is a pretty big deal for a restaurant: Two of the three adult entrees were borderline inedible. We got two orders of enchiladas and one order of fajitas. My wife thought the fajitas were poor but not the end of the world. The enchiladas, on the other hand, were just really bad. They were dry, which is really odd since I usually expect enchiladas to be basically smothered, but I can get around that. The flavor though was something else. I hope the cooks had an accident because the flavor was so salty and so limey. It really tasted like someone had poured a cup of salt on it, and then squeezed a bottle of grocery store lime juice in a bottle on it. Those were the flavors, nothing else. I took three bites, one of each enchilada, and then tapped out. The next day I tried one of the kids tacos (we had boxed those up to go as our kids seemed to like them enough). After I reheated it there was a large trail of grease on the plate. Don’t love that as we tried to order the healthiest thing for them on the menu (a grilled chicken soft taco). I know it’s a Tex Mex restaurant so it sounds ridiculous to be complaining about health, but still. To be fair, the manager did come out and ask us how our meal was, and then when we expressed our displeasure he did say he would talk to the kitchen. After that our server told us she would comp our enchiladas as we weren’t satisfied with them. So that lessened the blow since the prices are pretty high compared to your average Tex Mex joint. The price for a small cup of queso, 6 wings, 3 entrees, two kids meals, one beer and one margarita was going to be roughly $140 before tax and tip. It ended up being around $100 with the two comped entrees. We really wanted to like this place and were quite excited for it. The food was just really subpar, so much so that it negated the rest of the positives of our experience. I wish I had a better review.

The wings were good. That was it. It is a Tex Mex restaurant. The staff was lovely and very polite and accommodating, and the outdoor area was awesome and really family-friendly. However the actual Tex Mex food was really salty, really overcooked, really dry, bizarre flavors. I truly do not understand what is going on here in terms of food. Maybe some new recipes are needed bc this ain’t it. In addition, it was pretty expensive , and that was a bit insulting considering the quality of the food. I would suggest going somewhere more authentic. To owner: thank you for comping food and for responding. We did appreciate it. Also your hot wings are in a Buffalo sauce so they’re not dry. to get specific: enchiladas were so dry and the main seasonings were salt and an overpowering amount of lime. For the most part, enchiladas come in a good amount of sauce so they should never be dry. Beans were overpoweringly smoky. Queso was really just like hot velveeta but we ate it, cause we were very hungry. Fajitas were depressing. For $22 you got really dry looking chicken, and vegetables that had been cooked within an inch of their lives and had no color. Again, no complaints with staff who were lovely and helpful.

Won’t be back. I’ve been wanting to try this place. It was in the Clipper magazine I received today- $30 for 15 so I got it. Went there for dinner with my teenage daughter. Ordered large queso. It’s somewhere between a white and yellow queso. Nothing special. Shoulda got the small. There was something in it I asked the waitress about. She took it away, came back to say it was part of a stem from a jalapeño. Ok. Never had that before. Entrees came out fast. 5 minutes fast. Ordered the wrong thing- fish tacos. It was red snapper. First bite and it was pink in the middle. The other bite was ok but showed the waitress and asked if it was ok to just switch to a ground meat taco. I was turned off by the fish. How can you go wrong with ground meat at a Mexican restaurant? Ground meat taco was bland. Super greasy. Look at the pic of the grease on my plate that dripped off the taco. Wish I woulda taken pics of the queso and pink fish now… Cadillac margarita was pretty decent. Our waitress kept saying she was new but was good/attentive. Didn’t have a manager or anyone else come by. Won’t be back Edit: owner responded. Blood line? No. The fish was pink as in raw
