  Great food and atmosphere — everything tasted delicious and flavorful. However, the service could be better outside of peak hours. Also, be aware of some upselling — items like guac and cream cheese are add-ons ($3 and $2 respectively), but this wasn’t clearly explained when ordering.

  If you have not tried Las Botellas , you are missing out ! The food is absolutely amazing not to mention the atmosphere. We came here for my friend's birthday, and they treated her like an absolute princess! The quality of food is to die for. They even have dancers that come out and do the salsa while you are eating. What awesome entertainment! Not to mention the service. Our waitress, Nayra was On top of it! She was so friendly and kind and very accommodating. I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10! This classy restaurant resides in Herriman, but it gives you a Vegas feel!!!!

  The vibe in here is amazing. We had Nayra as our waitress and if you can, ask for her when you come in. She gave amazing recommendations and 10/10 service. She was kind, attentive, and just all around great at her job. You can tell she loved to be here. She recommended the Chilean sea bass and it was the best I’ve ever had. I’ve had it in Hawaii and this knocked that out of the park. The Chef, Laura also came out and introduced herself and was so kind and has created a wonderful atmosphere here. I will be coming back here often. 100/10 experience in service, food, and atmosphere!!!!

  Words I would use: unexpected, impressive, exceptional, elevated. We ate at Las Botellas for the first time to celebrate my sister’s birthday. There were 18 of us for an 11am brunch on a Saturday, and since the gorgeous glass party room was open they seated us there with no reservation! (May have been less busy due to General Conference?) Nayra took care of us and did an excellent job of welcoming, offering menu recommendations, remembering orders, and splitting checks accurately. She was awesome! The food was impressive. Our whole table lit up just watching them bring in our “appetizers”: 2 orders of the dulce de leche Sweet Cream pancakes. Stacked high, without losing the individual volume of each pancake. And they tasted incredible! The table ordered several different menu items including steak and eggs, sunrise croissant, eggs Benedict, more pancakes, and verde chicken soup, Mexican coffee, and horchata (delicious!). Everyone was very happy with their order. The Baja potatoes!! So yummy! But what sealed the deal as an exceptional experience was the birthday celebration. I won’t tell the exact details because it’s worth experiencing the surprise. Not a typical obligatory free, quiet dessert. But also not the embarrassing staff “Happy Birthday”. It truly made my sister feel special and was a lot of fun! I can’t wait to come back for a special occasion, or just for an elevated date night! Thank you!

  Let me tell you… this restaurant is next level. Easily one of the most beautiful, luxurious and Instagram-worthy spots in all of Utah. From the moment you walk in, everything feels elevated, chic décor, great music, stunning atmosphere… they nailed every detail. Yes, it’s on the expensive side but so worth it. The service is absolutely top-tier, the food quality is incredible and the menu is creative and well-executed. I was seriously impressed from start to finish. Love, love, love this place. Can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend! Just a heads-up: We went on a Tuesday and the dancers (which I had seen online) weren’t there. I asked and was told they perform Thursday to Saturday, starting at 6 PM. So if you're going for the show, make sure to plan accordingly!
