  Pizzas are always on point even when I order late in the evening. I can always depend on this LaRosa’s. All these people complaining about deliveries should just pick up the food themselves.

  Quality and delivery issue!! Regular customer for years. I thought they were improving the past couple of orders until this evening. Wow!! Food arrived cold. Pizza looked like it had been dropped on the ground. Just all around bad food and delivery driver issues

  Subject: Ongoing Quality Issues – Extremely Disappointed I've been a regular customer at this location and have placed multiple orders over time. Unfortunately, the quality has continued to decline. During my last order, I received miltiple pizzas with quality issues that could not be overlooked. I reached out and was issued a credit, which I appreciated. Today, I used that credit to order Rondos, hoping for a better experience. Instead, they arrived severely overcooked — practically burnt to charcoal — with little to no cheese and minimal pepperoni. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed. This isn’t just a one-time issue — it’s a pattern. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I don’t believe another credit would be worth the trouble. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control for future customers.
