- KWK Wolf3 days ago1.0Went here one night and our server only came to our table to take our order, give our drinks, and give our check. Did not offer refills, did not come to check on us at all. But acknowledged every table around us and checked on them. Kitchen staff were talking and standing around. Our food took 25-30 minutes to come to our table and it wasn’t busy. They didn’t even prepare the order right, put tomatoes on a hoagie when specifically asked for no tomatoes or onions. Chicken hoagie was mostly brewed and fries were mostly burnt looking. Could not get anyone’s attention to send any of it back to remake. Do not go here.

- KGKim GrandeSep 20, 20251.0I love LaRosas, but I just had the worst experience tonight, called in an order, they said 15 minutes. Went to the drive thru 20 minutes later, they took my money. Made me wait in the parking lot another 15 min. I drove back to the drive thru, come to find out they lost my order.... for some reason took my money but didnt say anything about it. Drive thru employee was rude, manager came out. Drive thru rude employee needs to be fired!!!!! Thank goodness the manager was somewhat nice.
- APAlie PrestonSep 13, 20251.0Delivery Do not order from these people. They do not deliver to your hotel room. That is ridiculous because if I was in an apartment building you would deliver there. They said it's safety. There's cameras everywhere what safety. I have never seen a lazyer group than this larosa's. This is the only one that I know that doesn't deliver to the room and I travel everywhere. Food was the time I got down to the room because I had to put up roll on to go in public. And socks and shoes to walk in the building. And no I did not tip. Why am I paying $5 for delivery when they're not delivering it to me?.
