Initially, a kind lady took my call and then directed me to her son for assistance. However, I found the communication a bit challenging. He seemed dismissive and expressed that he needed a picture of the shed before determining if he could help. After sending the picture, he promptly informed me that he couldn’t assist us this time, based on the picture, and I explained that we have used his services before, and I didn't get a response. I appreciated the help I received in the past, so it was disappointing not to have a more engaging conversation this time. I believe that improved communication could enhance the experience for future customers.
