  I buy these from my local turkish market and their quality is really good, pasture raised, very dark yellow/orange yolks. Is a sign of high vitamin D and other nutritients- a sign the chickens are actually pasture raised.

  I bought some Lapps eggs in Feb at the Roots Market in Lancaster. The eggs were great, a little expensive and small but very good taste. Since this month, it is no longer the case. The egg yolk used to be yellowish couple of years ago, starting last year, it become orange. I hope that is not due to dye that some people add into the feed in order to make it look that way. Still, their eggs are better than those from the supermarket. I am a little disappointed by my recent experience with their eggs.

  I take a special trip to this one store just so I can buy this brand of eggs. They are the freshest, richest eggs I have found on the market.
