Jake from State Farm was great! I’ve been contemplating making the switch on car insurance but haven’t been able to find anything that suits me well. Jake took my call and in less than a couple minutes he had told me everything I needed to hear. He was very knowledgeable along with great customer service.

Jake at State Farm is AWESOME! No joke! Jake Humbel, that is. Shopping for Home, Auto and Umbrella coverage and could not be more impressed with the experience. We found this guy to be the real deal. There was no phony sales pitch, false promises or pushy sales tactics. Jake's customer service was OUTSTANDING and frankly, unexpected. My wife and I have been leaders in the customer service industry for three decades and immediately recognize great service when we see it. Not only was Jake very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, he took the time to LISTEN to us so he understood our real insurance needs, patiently answered all our questions, and set us up with exactly the policies we were looking for. To top off the extraordinary service we received, our rates were cut by more than half from what we've been paying at Allstate (20+ year clients overpaying for far too long). If you're looking for a pushy salesperson looking to make a fortune in commission, go somewhere else.
