    Very rude!!! We are trying to get a whirlpool side by side refrigerator worked on and the owner is extremely rude! Needless to say we left with our fridge

    Bait and switch! I was told 75.00 service call and 100.00 to come out plus parts, which i agreed with. The nice gentleman came and fixed my dryer in 15 minutes. Then he hands me the bill and charges me 160.00 service call and tells me the guy who answered the phone and told me 75.00 was the janitor! I'm only giving a two rating because he fixed the dryer and he was nice.

    Our water heater, 20 years old, shorted out Saturday. I went to Langford Monday, ordered a new water heater and decided to replace the washer and dryer also. They still worked but were old and the washer had already had service to repair leaking issues, it was just a matter of time. Considering we had no hot water, Langford went the extra mile and called in help and by early Tuesday afternoon we had a new water heater, washer and dryer. This is not the first time we used them and they always offer excellent service.

    I have always heard great things about Langford. I however, will never be using them for services nor will I recommend them to family or friends. I called 3 days ago to request our LG refrigerator to be looked at because it wasn’t working at all. I get a call on day 3 from the service person saying that they don’t know anything about LG refrigerators. I understand that companies may not be knowledgeable of certain brands, but it isn’t right to make a family with a newborn wait for 3 days just to find out that they will have to find someone else to come service the fridge after all. Highly disappointed.
