  Richard & Brad were fantastic to work with! We had just closed on a new house and a sizable water leak damaged some of the wood flooring in the kitchen. They were able to sand and blend the new flooring into the old such that you don't notice the transition.

  Our dishwasher failed, and damaged the hardwood floors in our kitchen. Brad came out to inspect the damage, provided a very fair quote to replace, sand/fill, and re-stain the affected rooms. The crew was professional, on time, mindful of our personal space, and kept things clean throughout the process. Communication was great, and we were very pleased with the finished product. I will definitely use Lane to handle any future flooring needs we might have, and can confidently recommend their services.

  We recently had our floors refinished, in addition to having some new wood floors installed. They blended the old and new floors so you cannot see the transition between the rooms. We are extremely pleased with the work they did. Nathan was meticulous with details and clean-up. We highly recommend Lane Hardwood Floors.

  I had a guy come out to give us an estimate on hardwood floor repair. It started out on the wrong foot with the person saying that he has been to this house earlier this year and he was very upset that we didn’t go with lane hardwood floors. He refused to give us a quote saying how it was a waste of his time and asked to pay him $100 to even give us a quote. I have never experienced this type of service and I was very confused on why the person was very upset, rude, and unprofessional about giving us an estimate. Honestly I never write reviews but this was unacceptable behavior from a company like this and if I could I would give them 0 stars.
