    Below average bar food. Pretty much everything is fried. Had to chase our server ALL THE TIME for our drinks, foods and even the bill. Terrible service!! Be careful with the hidden fees for credit cards. No one ever mentioned it.

    Visited on a Saturday night around 8:30 PM in October. The place was pretty dead — maybe six tables total. We had to wait way too long before a server even came by, and we were already ready to order. When the food finally arrived, it was disappointing. My fish tacos were tiny and lacked flavor. They came with chips and salsa, but the chips were all broken pieces from the bottom of the bag. The nachos were no better — really weak even by basic bar-food standards.

    At first I was having a great time, had a nice waitress and was enjoying the atmosphere. We were told by the waitress that it was okay to bring our own chairs and bring our drinks to the lower floor of the place, as many others were as well. We got up and left a few times to get food and drink. The last time we came back, our chairs were gone. I asked over 3 staff members, and they immediately blew me off and were super rude. No one was willing to help. I asked very polite, and honestly regret being so passive, because they even knew the color of the chairs and who took them once we found someone who didn’t immediately blow us off. They weren’t even busy and no one would look for them or be nice to us at all. I have worked so many customer service jobs and still do, and I would never treat customers like this. I’d understand if we did something wrong, but we just wanted our belongings back so we could drive back home. Do better!!! This is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review somewhere.

    We dined here on Saturday 9/27, Got to the restaurant around 5:30, server didn’t come for about 20 minutes, told us she had a 10 top and apologized, no big deal, after about 30 minutes, we were wondering where our food was, she came to the table and asked us what we ordered because she forget to put it in. She sent the manager Jason to our table, he told us that he was going to take care of our meals which was the right thing to do since we were going to wait about an hour for our food, we ate, left a small tip on the table for the server and went to the restroom, when I came out, Jason was talking to my partner I walked up and she was visibly upset because he was trying to make us pay for the meals he said he would take care of. I asked why he would do that, he blamed it on the GM and told us he got in trouble for comping so much food the prior month. I asked to speak to to the GM, he said they weren’t there, he then said he could take off one of the entrees, he came back and gave us a bill for 24.89, I was upset, he Went back for about 10 minutes and came back with a bill for 23.59!! This was our first time in Atlantic City and the first time at this restaurant, the place is huge and he told us they only had 3 servers in the whole place, our food was cold, our service was bad, but the blatant lie about taking care of our meals because of the service was the worst!! We also saw a sign from the health department that gave them a rating of “conditionally satisfactory” which means that they had numerous violations and they were left open while they fixed whatever violations they had.

    The only thing i can comment on is the service or lack thereof since everyone blatantly ignored my entire table after we were sat!! We were literally never served!! The one table full of black customers and somehow tables that were sat after us were served, yet we were not?? The hostess and servers walked right by our table multiple times and didn't say a word!! Had to eventually walk out since it was clear to us that no one wanted to attend to us. Edit: To make it even worse they are posting fake reviews on Google to drown me out and have refused to reply to my messages. Clearly they have no interest in righting this wrong!!!
