They have an extremely bad customer service. They actually shipped my stuff after my first email on November 10th. This is a very bad experience and I would like to share this with everyone to lean a lesson. They have shipped it on November 11th and I am expecting to receive it on November 17th. Thus is a Holiday season Customer Service. I hope other potential customers can learn from my Baddd experience.
