- SGSara GussSep 7, 20251.0Ordered two new coats. My old coats are XS petites. Ordered small regular so I could wear fleece under. New sizes run small, much smaller than old XS petites and quality is cheap. Waste of money because have to pay to return. Not buying anymore. Definitely a change in quality. Disappointing.

I understand high volumes, but the timing should be proactively communicated. Bad news is better than no news.
