  The quality of Lands End clothing has declined significantly in recent years. They used to be my go to for work wear but the last 3 times I've ordered either the colors fade after just a few washes or the sizing is inconsistent. The last order took a week to process, I tried to cancel the order twice while it was still in the processing stage but they shipped it anyway so now I have to go out of my way to return something that i shouldn't have received and then wait 10 days to have the funds credited back to my account. Their quality used to be a justification for their high prices but not so much anymore.

  Great customer service, good quality clothing
