- EEE E4 days ago3.0Ordered a parka similar to what I bought many years ago that had worn well. Updates were mixed, but the biggest problem was the sleeves were now much narrower, disproportionally for the coat size. Description of coat as insulated for 7-32 degrees F also very misleading. Return went smoothly, but you have to physically bring it to their store or they dock you $9--not the "Happy Return" as advertised. I would not buy from them again.
