Throughout the years, there has been only one other occasion, where it seemed appropriate to offer an opinion, in regards to a service or product. And with that in mind, I’d like to share my experience with Landon House Apartments. Almost a decade ago, I moved to Orlando. A friend of mine, who was a local realtor, was helping me, find a new home. After looking at different neighborhoods and other possible options, Landon House, was brought to my attention. Apartment living, was not something I had done since college. Nonetheless, the decision to make this place home, was absolutely the right one. All the ancillary necessities, are within the community; from banking to groceries, to restaurants. Moreover, the staff here at Landon House, has changed over the years, to some degree, however there has been a consistency with the level of professionalism. There has always been a feeling of extended family, in this building. The residents, whom I have interactions with over the years, have been positive. In short, if I had to make the decision all over again, as to where I wanted to live, without hesitation, Landon House would be my first choice.

Nasty team, unlivable conditions with fire alarm, package withholding, security concerns, lease violations with changing locks.
Edit: lock system was changed without prior notice on resident units, garage, and building access. Upon receiving key fob after the changes without notice there were 10 other residents who were highly upset for no notice that were locked out of their apartment. Resident units went from a key lock to a key fob rendering all access outside of leasing hours useless.
18 US Code 1708 prohibits obstruction of mail, there is a pending investigation ongoing with the property and local law enforcement.
HB 621 was not in effect prior to living in the unit, as well as did not complain nor give any notice until you stopped cashing the checks.
Fire alarm violations occurred over night and multiple times throughout living there. One instance there was a poll in the community app for seeking compensation for unlivable conditions. Fire alarm going off during quiet hours is considered unlivable conditions unless it is an emergency situation (it was not failure to be up to code).
Trash valet picked and chooses when they want to pick up trash and what nights they work.
Front gate into the garage was broken months on end and is consistently having issues this results in the gate being left open for residents to park. Consequently this is a safety concern and violation for safety according to the lease.
