    I had the best experience with Gabriel and Brandon at Landrover Northfield dealership. One time they help fix my car and they did such a great job I was able to sell well above the first quote I received prior to their services. And the last time they took care of my car and gave me best advised ! This is the only place I can say I totally trust with their advised and really looks out for the costumers .

    Land Rover Northfield provided the experience you should expect from any service provider. Due to the nature of service, I had to wait several days for a loaner, but was grateful it was an option. They took a series of unexpected events all within a 30 day period; tire, sunroof, and windshield replacement, from the service advisor (Jeremy) quoting and keeping me informed of controllable and uncontrollable issues, the rework like new again car feeling from the repair technician, and the attentive and professional staff.

    My first time servicing my vehicle at the Northfield location. I had a wonderful experience with Gabriel, and Caroline. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions. They kept me up to date when my vehicle will be ready. The day before I picked up my vehicle, I received a video with all the work that was done. I loved it! On the second day, I returned the loaner, and picked up my vehicle. I was pleased to see that they fixed the lane assistance, and the vent that was broken. Previously, I had work done in the Orland park location because that is where I purchased my vehicle in May, but they didn't finish half the stuff I brought my car in for, so I decided to take it to Northfield. Moving forward, Northfield will be my go to for my vehicle. Thank you again!
