My agent Shane, with Lance Atwood State Farm was very personable and knowledgeable. With being a young driver that’s in the Navy I was informed of their plans for car insurance and was given different options to get the best deal. Shane also explained the Universal Life policies in a way that was very easy to understand. If and when you call State Farm I strongly advise others to request Shane for any of your future questions/needs.

My agent Shane has provided great service and has been super helpful from the start. As a young driver, I’ve learned a lot from him about auto coverages and even got a better understanding of Universal Life policies. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. Shane was always friendly and incredibly patient with my questions. I definitely feel more confident now thanks to his guidance.

0/10. LA and his office care about 2 things, his google reviews and new clients for more income. My previous google review is the only thing that got them to respond. Once you're on the hook and paying they couldn't care less. If you want something as simple as an auto quote, which should take 5 minutes, it will generally take you about three days and 2-3 hours of your time. He did email reference in my review, but NO apology for all the time wasted and then denied that they ever received a message from me. If his office person received my message through their portal on Saturday, they certainly received the one on thursday about the quote. And their voicemail doesn't even work. I don't have any idea what their extensions are (I never bother them) so when you try to leave a general voicemail, it says no operator available and promptly hangs up on you. ZERO customer service and the State Farm automation, when you try to actually contact the company, is equally as useless.
