  Had a great experience buying a refrigerator from Lamphere's Furniture. The sales man Zach was so amazing and very accomodating with delivering the same day. Their deliver crew was also very respectful and took care when bringing in my appliance. Overall a great experience and I will keep them in mind for future purchases.

  It took me forever to find furniture & a mattress I liked. Searched many (10 stores) finally someone told me about here, and I hit the jackpot found a new living room set & a great mattress!!! Price was great for everything & they delivered to me which is about an hour away. The 2 men that delivered it outstanding professional quick & very mindful of my other belongings. Will absolutely recommend & purchase from here again. Very pleased

  We just moved to Marseilles, IL. But I am born and raised in Aurora, IL! So of course I am going to go back to my roots! We needed a couch for our lower level and I contacted Zach, he was great. I told him what we were ooking for over the phone, he got us what we wanted! He ordered it for us, and it was in, in like a week! Super fast! Of course we picked up, but that's okay cause we have a truck! Zach was nice to stay passed his end time to help my hubby load it in the truck! The office ladies were nice as well! Everyone who has seen the couch has loved it! We WILL be back soon for a kitchen table, bedroom set and whatever else we can think of we need!

  They allowed an unhinged man to completely lose his cool over people parking in the lot. I get it—people shouldn’t park there unless they’re customers—but why berate potential customers? I witnessed the whole thing and will forever tell the story of the time a small, childlike tow truck driver went on a full-blown rant about who parks in the lot, while what I assume was the owner—or maybe a nepo baby from a failing furniture store—just stood by and watched. Ironically, the parking lot was probably the busiest this store has seen in quite some time, based on how empty it usually looks when I drive by. Let’s be real: there’s a professional way to handle things, there’s an unhinged, unprofessional way… and then there’s whatever this was. This company chose the last one, and it says everything you need to know about how they treat people.

  I was in need of a rocker/recliner. I remember 30 years ago my parents going here for furniture. So since I live downtown Aurora now, why not walk over and see what is up. Well, great friendly people... Great customer service. Good deal. They brought it 2hrs later. Delivery guys were great... It has been this way for a very long time. Thus the reason they are still here!
