Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment was prompt. Paid $630 for tune-up and cleaning of Peerless Boiler which I felt was overpriced.

I called for a slow, not flowing kitchen sink drain. Found pipes were clogged with yrs of debris then noticed and old pipe leaking as well. What I thought was a small issue soon to realize a bigger issue due to age of home and old plumbing. Sager was excellent!!! Excellent customer service the office called me when there was a slight delay in arrival. He was knowledgable, and did professional work.

One half hour furnace cleaning and tune up never cost more than $200. It used to be far less. Price gauging. $523 is outrageous!

I was looking to do an inspection of a house that i don't own, so I called these guys. They were really efficient in terms of setting an appointment and getting to the house and that was the end of a positive interaction. When I called, I explained that I wanted a camera inspection, and was only quoted $100. When the technician arrived is when the upselling started. We got handed a "membership brochure" with basic, gold and platinum, and then quoted over $2000 (yes with all those zeros) just to INSPECT if the line was good or not. It's like a used car lot of plumbing and heating, including the "let me call my manager and see if i can get a better deal"...and the manager saying, on speaker phone for full theatrical effect, "I'm giving him a great deal". There are better options out there!
