  The communication here is awful. 1. Prior to move in I was told to reach out to the power company set up service. Never received communication. Found out later I was supposed to use the Lakeside Villa address which was never shared with me not 1992 Lovejoy. So I was charged a $50 penalty by Lakeside Villas, again was not communicated. 2. Also there's a monthly fee for Pest Control added to the rent charge. However if you do not put your name on some list letting them know you need treatment it does not happen. The only way I knew there was an email we received 8/11/2025, Thanking residents for their concern. Pest services will start next Monday and if you "want" treatment you will have to be added to the list as they are starting with a new Pest control company. Lastly, I truly apologize for this post, hopefully if miss communication or lack there of, are adjusted or changed future residents will benefit.

  IF I COULD RATE ZERO I WOULD Hi to whoever is reading this DON’T MOVE IN I’ve been in my apartment since March 1st we’ve had nothing but problems here we are sick of it we’ve been nothing but lied to by Desiree And the other lady up there we pay almost $700 for an electric bill which isn’t normal at all we’ve been going through this back and forth we’ve had to go to my sister in laws house and my moms house for a whole week after my newborn was born because it was reaching 91 in our apartment and yet nothing was happening no one apologized no one offered to put us in a different unit when obviously ours was messed up my baby can’t be in this heat it’s so messed up we pay so much to live here and we’re paying almost half of our rent in electric bills when we don’t even turn on any lights getting told that this is normal but it’s not and on top of that to even transfer to another apartment it’s $500-$600 fee even though it’s not our fault it’s happening this is something wrong with the unit and this apartment we thought this place was awesome but we are just hurt. To make it even worse they won’t do anything about it they just want us to move out so they don’t have to deal with us .lazy management that only cares about money !!!

  After having a horrifying in experience in my apartment search.I came back to Lakeside Villas to look again because they had availability and I like the apartment itself but what I love the most was Chasity and Ty the are the absolute best they make a great team. That was a big plus.Then when I saw my apartment I was very pleased they were very accommodating. I love my new place.
