- SBSwift and BoldSep 26, 20255.0After living here for a more than a month, lakeside villas apartments has been very pleasant, the apartment is very spacious and well worth the price, with any concerns being smoothed over nicely and quickly. Staff and maintenance have all been very helpful and welcoming with us, Shantal and Sara have been wonderful at helping our moving transition. They were also very understanding with a noise complaint we recieved. Some things for any future residents to note from our experience is that our roach counter is currently around 10-15 after living there for over a month, which in my book is pretty good as cockroaches are kind of expected anywhere you may go unless you’re paying premium prices. We cope/prepared for this with indoor roach spray that is pretty effective and only the dead ones we see from now on. Other than that the community is pretty well, It’s pretty quiet, the amenities are all pretty nice and having access to the lake is very special in my opinion. To note, the community is well lit at night except a few spots of the outer apartments and some of the paths walking to the inner apartments. It is our first full month but the impression made has been lasting, I talk about and recommend this place highly to any other UCF students I can. I will likely update with another review after more time has passed👍

It’s a nice place, very quiet and safe. If you want to rent definitely contact Chantale she’s so nice and will accommodate you and help you find the perfect fit for you.
