  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I lived here for 3 years. Prior to the name change and change of management. I lived there with relatively few problems. When the new company came, they were slow to fix problems. The roof had been leaking, they fixed the roof but never came to fix the ceiling. My microwave broke and they gave me another broken microwave. They refused to reduce my rent back to market value so I paid $1700 for an apartment that new people were paying $1500 for an upgraded version of. The last straw was the property manager had left a 24 hour notice on my door for $40. I went to pay the money and was confronted by the property manager. She was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. She threatened to call the cops. When I had done nothing other than raised my voice after she raised hers. I informed her that I haven’t threatened her or physically assaulted her in anyway. She wanted to call the police on a black woman because I raised my voice at her after she had done the same. The next day I was informed that they rescinded my lease renewal. 🤷🏾‍♀️that’s fine I never signed it and had plans to move anyway.

  My fiance and I have been a part of this community for almost 3 years and have enjoyed every bit of it because of Janna! She is so quick to answer questions and is always willing to help!

  I just moved in and I have nothing but praise for the management team and apartment. The managers here are extremely helpful and friendly, the grounds are beautiful, the facilities are fantastic, and the location is perfect. Couldn’t be happier to be living here!

  My husband and I are very happy here at Lakeside Gardens thanks to Janna and her team! They helped us make moving a breeze and are so on top of any and all maintenance requests or concerns. Janna has been so good about quickly responding to all messages and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and happy here. I 10\10 recommend Lakeside Gardens.
