Everything about Lakeside is first-class! The folks on the sales floor (I’ve worked with Tom and Mark) are always willing to help find exactly what you need (and to shoot the breeze if they’re not slammed). The folks in the shop (Callum’s worked on my bikes) are the same. Knowledgeable and FANTASTIC at what they do. And willing to put the same care into working on my FB Marketplace bikes as one of the shop’s Colnago TDF bikes. And a special thanks to the shop’s owner Gordon who’s assembled this wonderful group and who leads, along with Mark, really fun Sunday morning rides. Bravo y brava tutti!

Words cannot express my gratitude to this all-star bike shop. Bre and the other mechanics are superstars. Zac, who did my bike fit, raises the bar in the his profession and in my opinion the best bike fitter in the PNW. Zac is enthusiastic about his job, knowledgeable, conscientious and clever (he found solutions for my various bike-body-mechanical issues that have been plaguing me for years). All the staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and talented when it comes to bikes.

Took my old Look bike with all Campy parts in for service. Initially brought it to a nearby shop, but it took them a week just to tell me they were having trouble sourcing Campy parts. I’d been having issues with my rear derailleur and couldn’t get it tuned properly. Lakeside blew me away the moment I walked in. The tech immediately started checking out my bike and clearly knows their stuff. I was expecting to drop it off and wait a week, but it turned out Easter Day was my lucky day. They started diagnosing the issue right away, and after a thorough inspection, they traced the poor shifting performance back to a broken cassette spacer. I had no idea that could even be the cause—never would’ve thought to check that. After two and a half hours of troubleshooting, the bike now shifts and rides perfectly. Huge thanks to the Lakeside team.
