  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this contractor (Tahsin) was disappointing. From the start, communication was curt and dismissive. Any questions I asked were met with impatience or sarcasm, and it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a client. Professionalism was completely absent throughout the process. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value clear communication, respect, and a professional attitude.

  Fantastic experience with Lakeshore Builders Restoration and Tahsin! From the first call to completion, everything was fast, professional, and exactly as promised. The new railing looks great, feels extremely sturdy, and was installed just days after I hired them. Excellent communication, quality workmanship, and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  I had my roof replaced by Lakeshore Builders and cannot recommend them more for roofing. The team was incredibly fast, delivered high quality work, and left our property very clean of debris. It is a large roof and the team accomplished the project end-to-end in one day, truly impressive to watch. Others on our block with smaller homes took much longer. I'd highly recommend.
